Thank you for your purchase of Sam Kwasman's products. Please be advised that all sales are deemed final, and no refunds shall be granted. We are committed to providing you with quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. However, in the event that a product is damaged during shipping, the following policy shall apply:

Damaged Product Replacement Procedure:

  1. Notification Period: You must notify us of any damaged product within one (1) day of receiving your shipment. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your eligibility for a replacement.

  2. Proof of Damage: To initiate the replacement process, you are required to provide clear and comprehensive photographic evidence depicting the extent of the damage sustained by the product.

  3. Request Submission: Your request for a replacement must be submitted on the same day as the receipt of your package using the form provided below. Requests made beyond this timeframe will not be considered eligible for replacement.

  4. Return Shipping Fees: It is imperative to note that any fees associated with the return shipment of the damaged product shall be borne solely by you, the purchaser, and not by Sam Kwasman. The damaged product must be returned to the following address: [Address].

  5. Processing Time: Upon receipt of the necessary documentation and the damaged product, we shall commence the verification process. Please allow up to thirty (30) business days from the date of submission for us to validate the information provided and arrange for the shipment of a replacement product.

Required Documentation:

  2. Submission of the replacement request form on the same day of package receipt.
